Heavy Mag presents: Diskust + Adriatic + Odius

Heavy Mag presents: Diskust + Adriatic + Odius

Thu January 27th, 7:00 pm

Whole Lotta Love524 Lygon StBrunswick East, VIC3057 Map

Adriatic would have to be one of Brisbane's - if not Australia's - most underrated metal outfits.

Playing a low tuned blend of djent/hardcore/metal with traditional Balkan rhythms and sounds, they are brutal, uncompromising, and promise to deliver pulsating wave after destructive wave of sonic intensity with each show.

Brisbane thrash metal machine Odius have their roots deep in early Megadeth and Metallica, coupled with an aggressive sound that is as threatening as it is comforting. Following the release of their debut EP Ignorance Paid In Violence in mid 2021, Odius has decided to take their brand of metal on the road to decimate the eardrums of metal lovers everywhere.

Nu-Metal titans Diskust will be touring on the back of their recently released EP and leave a wake of carnage in their trail everywhere they go. After securing a leading slot at the inaugural Kilfest concert in Melbourne in 2021 alongside King Parrot, Frankenbok and Desecrator, Diskust furthered their claims with a couple of treks to the North of Queensland and now have their sight firmly set on the rest of Australia.
